Oklahoma’s own, Montrae Tisdale- Johnson, is gearing up for his 2nd live recording session on Friday, November 18, 2016 at 7pm at Northeast Baptist Church in Oklahoma City, OK and it’s guaranteed to be a night of worship that you do not want to miss!

Stellar Award winning producer/artist, Earl Bynum, will handle producing duties on this much anticipated recording, with Atlanta’s own B. Chase Williams as host for this special night. Also expected to appear throughout the night will be Gospel favorites such as; Bishop Larry Trotter, Bishop Carlton Pearson, Lillian Lloyd, Dalon Collins formerly of Kirk Franklin and The Family, Tiffanie Agee, Tela Robinson, Malcolm Williams and rising singer/songwriter, Travis Malloy.

Montrae is the nephew of NBA star and gospel/Jazz recording artist, Wayman Tisdale. Montrae recorded his first inaugural project back in 2012 entitled “I’m Alive,” which featured Stellar Award winner, Jonathan Nelson. Tisdale is also the founder of a non profit organization, MTJ Ministries Inc, which stands for Montrae Tisdale-Johnson ministries. In addition, Tisdale is founder of the ensemble recording group, “Montrae Tisdale and The Friends Chorale,” whose mission is a group of friends coming together in unity to transform a nation through song. Under MTJ Ministries Inc, Tisdale created his annual Youth and Young Adult Empowerment Conference that he hosts every year featuring several national gospel recording artists, speakers, classes, bowling parties, nightly services, and musical showcases. The conference also touches on more serious issues plaguing our youth today from depression, drug abuse, and low self esteem, to parent incarceration and peer pressure.
